• All posts shall be advertised as per section 9 (4) or 11 of the Employment Act 1995.
  • The adverts shall be done prominently, clearly indicating the job requirements, required qualifications, basic terms and conditions including salary and other benefits, as per section 11 (1) of the Employment Act.
  • All written adverts shall run for at least three consecutive days in a local daily newspaper.
  • The application for Employment of non-Seychellois may be submitted to the Ministry of Employment, and Social Affairs 14 days after the first appearance of the advert.
